The 1st Thursday of each month Cyndi offers something a bit different, this month it's Yoga Nidra, a vedantic practice that allows you to enter the depth of your being to understand the relationship between your body, your mind, and the states of consciousness. The goal is greater inner awareness of who you are. In this practice the students will start with a slow vinyasa flow and make their way to to a lying position where they are introduced to sensory awareness within the body.

Rest & Relax into Restorative Yoga Perfect for all levels.
Restorative yoga is a gentle slow paced class that will lead you through passive stretches where props such as cushions, blocks, and blankets are used to help support your body on the floor. It is calming, relaxing, and revitalizing to the body, because it helps to de-stress your body and mind. There are gentle assists that go along with 6 to 8 stretches for a 120 Minute class. If you want time for yourself to relax and refresh this is your class.

Come for the Yoga and stay for a beer or a glass of wine and some great music. Class price is $5, beverages may be purchased at an additional charge.

One hour class for all skill levels and ages 13+. Wing Chun Kung Fu is a martial art style that focuses on relaxation, forward intention, and structure for power. In this class you will be working with other Wing Chun students led and guided by the instructor with drills and application. Fee: $10 per person.

Relax and Renew the body, mind and spirit with this 90 minute practice with Cyndi and Carrie.
This month's Relax and Renew has been made a bit sweeter with the addition of Carrie Morgan and her singing bowls and other sound healing instruments.
Restorative yoga is a gentle slow paced class that will lead you through passive stretches where props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets are used to help support your body as you rest on your mat.

This 200 hour Yoga Alliance accredited program is for every body and focuses on the essential techniques found in hatha yoga which includes asana, pranayama, and relaxation. The course explores the history and philosophy behind yoga, basic anatomy and physiology as it relates to yoga, energetics and yoga teaching methods. Students are required to participate in Core Modules, take a number of yoga classes and workshops outside of the Core Modules, some of which are included in your tuition.

We will explore core foundations and you will develop the confidence to instruct students through a yoga class safely and effectively.
This training filled with both grace and compassion will empower you with the freedom to explore, dream, and discover YOU as we heal past wounds and traumas. You will become a part of a conscious group, all looking to cultivate and grow their knowledge of self and of yoga. By bringing elements from the Embody Love Movement, and Off the Mat Into the World, Y12SR, and CTZNWELL this training will prepare you to come home to your body, mind, spirit and share your love of yoga from your most authentic place while making a difference in your community!
Upon completion of this program, graduates can register with Yoga Alliance as a certified 200 hour yoga instructor. Whether you are looking to deepen your yoga practice or to share your love of yoga with the world, either way, this program is for you!
