The 1st Thursday of each month Cyndi offers something a bit different, this month it's Yoga Nidra, also known as Sleep Yoga.
Yoga Nidra is a vedantic practice that allows you to enter the depth of your being to understand the relationship between your body, your mind, and the states of consciousness. The goal is greater inner awareness of who you are. In this practice the students will start with a slow vinyasa flow and make their way to to a lying position where they are introduced to sensory awareness within the body.

Join K10Yoga for a fun night discussing the history and tales of the asanas. Learn the philosophy and stories behind postures such as Virabhadrasana, Hanumanasana as to truly honour their spirit as we practice. A great workshop for yoga students and teachers alike to bring more meaning and tradition to your class.

Rest & Relax into Restorative Yoga Perfect for all levels.
Restorative yoga is a gentle slow paced class that will lead you through passive stretches where props such as cushions, blocks, and blankets are used to help support your body on the floor. It is calming, relaxing, and revitalizing to the body, because it helps to de-stress your body and mind. There are gentle assists that go along with 6 to 8 stretches for a 120 Minute class. If you want time for yourself to relax and refresh this is your class.

Come for the Yoga and stay for a beer or a glass of wine and some great music. Class price is $5, beverages may be purchased at an additional charge.

One hour class for all skill levels and ages 13+. Wing Chun Kung Fu is a martial art style that focuses on relaxation, forward intention, and structure for power. In this class you will be working with other Wing Chun students led and guided by the instructor with drills and application. Fee: $5 per person.

Karen is back and with her singing bowls! Join us and welcome in the Autumn Season. The first few moments of the session will begin with a gentle release and stretch to help open the nadis while in a chair or seated on the floor. A peaceful 30 minute savasana in reclining position with emphasis on toning to balance chakras will follow. Event is free, but donations are always appreciated.

Join Denyse for an evening of Tarot Cards, Black Lights and Yin Yoga!
Halloween is Denyse's favorite time of year! Join her for a spooky black light Halloween Yin class. Wear a costume, have some fun! Arrive as early as 5:30pm and receive a free mini tarot card reading for anyone interested. Everything is meant for fun, no tricks, just treats!
