These tools combined with yoga allow the student to release the fascia to increase both passive and active range of motion, and create greater body awareness.

This class will feature the deep, passive holds of Yin Yoga in a heated environment. Yin Yoga improves flexibility, promotes stress relief and increases awareness of body and mind. Students will be guided through a series of slower-paced, supported Yin postures and easy-to-follow mindfulness meditation techniques. Targeting both the deep tissues and energetic centers of the body, Warm Yin is the perfect class to renew and rejuvenate the body.

Deep Hips; also known as LSD, Long, Slow & Deep, those names can be a bit confusing to say the least! We modified the name to express what we will be getting into, the HIPS and we will move into them deeply and slowly with longer holds.
This is a Bryan Kest inspire practice that aids in opening tight hips and releasing tension with the use of props. A seated class that it is well suited for athletes, beginners and experienced Yogis.
The hips are emotionally charged, a place where we store some of our deepest vulnerabilities .

Explore the ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga with Sherri.
You will be guided you through a practice of mantra (chanting), dynamic breathing, Mudra, and Kryia (posture) designed to ignite the Kundalini energy that is believed to rest at the base of the spine. Often known as the Yoga of Awareness, Kundalini Yoga aims to awaken the unlimited potential within the student as they reconnect to their divine nature.

Combing breath, movement and a bit of heat. Benefits of heated yoga include increased flexibility, reduced stress, improved lung capacity, and even nourishes the skin.
In heated classes the room is safely heated using infrared heaters and humidity is added. The heat index is monitored to ensure safety. Please drink plenty of water the day before and day of the class.
