Yoga Nidra is a vedantic practice that allows you to enter the depth of your being to understand the relationship between your body, your mind, and the states of consciousness. The goal is greater inner awareness of who you are. In this practice the students will start with a slow vinyasa flow and make their way to to a lying position where they are introduced to sensory awareness within the body.

Kidding Around yoga teaches traditional yoga practices and concepts in a kid friendly way through fun yoga games, stories, meditation, and specially composed music to get children of all ages and abilities motivated and moving. Techniques include building strength, flexibility, a sense of calmness, mindfulness, and interpersonal skills in children.
KerriBeth is a Certified 200 hour Yoga Instructor, and received her children's certification through Kidding Around Yoga. KB has also been a school counselor for 16 years.
**Class price is $8 or $30 in advance for the full 5 Class Series

Come for the Yoga and stay for a beer or a glass of wine and some great music. Class price is $5, beverages may be purchased at an additional charge.

One hour class for all skill levels and ages 13+. Wing Chun Kung Fu is a martial art style that focuses on relaxation, forward intention, and structure for power. In this class you will be working with other Wing Chun students led and guided by the instructor with drills and application. Fee: $5 per person.

Join Dr. David I. Rosenberg, LCP, CTI as he introduces you to the wonderful practice of T’ai Chi!
T’ai Chi expresses in physical, energetic and psychological movement the Taoist principle of balance in the midst of constant change. In this 2 hour session, you’ll be introduced to T’ai Chi Fundamentals, which offers a simple approach for learning the basics of this Chinese Practice for energetic grounding and renewal. The mind/body principles that underlie the practice of T’ai Chi will be discussed and the 6 basic TCF movement patterns will be taught.
This workshop is perfect for the beginner and can serve as an excellent primer for students wishing to join Dr. Rosenberg’s weekly class at The Center.
