Breathe, Stretch, Strengthen and increase flexibility with Sherri as she guides you through a slow Vinyasa Flow Practice designed to unwind and build heat in the body. The class will end with a series of Yin-like poses that will gently restore the body. Class ends with a magically long Savasana using deep relaxation techniques to prepare the body for a night of restorative sleep.

Drumming has existed through the ages as a way to communicate and a way to heal the spirit. Join RYT Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master & Drum Circle Facilitator, Sherri as she guides you through gentle yoga stretches and breath-work to prepare the body and mind to join the communal drum circle. Class will end with your choice of a seated meditation or savasana as Sherri using Reiki energy to quiet the mind and enhance the effects of the circle. *instruments provided or bring your own, no musical background needed

Relax and Renew the body, mind and spirit with this 90 minute practice with Cyndi and Carrie. This month's Relax and Renew has been made a bit sweeter with the addition of Carrie Morgan and her singing bowls and other sound healing instruments. Restorative yoga is a gentle slow paced class that will lead you through passive stretches where props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets are used to help support your body as you rest on your mat. A calming, relaxing, and revitalizing practice for the body, mind and spirit. $12 Pre-registration is required

Pound is a high intensity cardio, strength training class set to high energy music using weighted sticks.
Mallory’s fitness journey teaching Pound began three years ago after participating in a local class for three years. When not teaching Pound Mallory enjoys reading, singing, and spending time with her friends and family.
